This Privacy Policy explains how Shot Recorder (“the App”, “we”) handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

1. Information We Collect

a) Location Data (GPS) The App collects your GPS coordinates while recording a round of golf. This data is used solely to calculate shot distances and is stored locally on your device. Location data is never transmitted to our servers.

b) NFC Tag Identifiers When you register a club, the App reads the unique identifier (UID) of an NFC tag. This identifier is stored locally on your device and is never shared externally.

c) Usage Data via Google AdMob The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and interaction data to deliver personalized or non-personalized ads. This data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

d) Weather Data The App fetches current weather conditions from a third-party weather service (OpenWeatherMap) using your GPS coordinates at the time a round begins. No personally identifiable information is sent to this service beyond the coordinates needed to retrieve local weather.

3. Data Storage

All golf data (rounds, shots, clubs) is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. We do not operate any servers or databases that store your personal data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by Google AdMob for ad delivery (see Section 1c).

5. Data Retention and Deletion

All data is stored on your device. You can delete all data at any time by uninstalling the App.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete data processed about you. Since all golf data is on-device, you have full control at all times. For AdMob-related data, please refer to Google’s privacy controls: https://myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be made available within the App and on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

本プライバシーポリシーは、Shot Recorder（以下「本アプリ」）がお客様の情報をどのように取り扱うかを説明するものです。

1. 収集する情報

a) 位置情報（GPS） 本アプリはラウンド記録中にGPS座標を取得します。取得された位置情報はショットの飛距離計算のみに使用され、お客様のデバイス上にのみ保存されます。位置情報が外部サーバーに送信されることはありません。

b) NFCタグID クラブを登録する際、本アプリはNFCタグの固有識別子（UID）を読み取ります。このIDはお客様のデバイス上にのみ保存され、外部に共有されることはありません。

c) Google AdMob による利用データ 本アプリは広告配信にGoogle AdMobを使用しています。AdMobはパーソナライズ広告または非パーソナライズ広告の配信のため、デバイス識別子・IPアドレス・操作データを収集する場合があります。AdMobによるデータ取り扱いについてはGoogleのプライバシーポリシーに準じます。 https://policies.google.com/privacy

d) 天気情報 ラウンド開始時に、お客様のGPS座標をもとにサードパーティの天気サービス（OpenWeatherMap）から天気情報を取得します。取得に必要な座標情報以外の個人情報は送信されません。

ラウンド・ショット・クラブのデータはすべてお客様のデバイス上のローカルストレージにのみ保存されます。当方は個人データを保存するサーバーやデータベースを運営していません。

4. 第三者への提供

お客様の個人情報を第三者に販売・譲渡・共有することはありません。ただし、広告配信のために必要な範囲でGoogle AdMobへのデータ提供が発生します（第1条c項を参照）。

5. データの保持と削除

すべてのデータはデバイス上に保存されています。アプリをアンインストールすることで、いつでもすべてのデータを削除できます。

6. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。当方は子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

7. お客様の権利

お住まいの地域の法令に応じて、お客様は自己に関するデータへのアクセス・修正・削除の権利を有する場合があります。ゴルフデータはデバイス上にのみ存在するため、お客様が常に完全なコントロールを持っています。AdMob関連については、Googleのプライバシー設定ページをご確認ください。 https://myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy

8. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは随時更新されることがあります。変更があった場合は、本ページの「最終更新日」を改訂した上で最新版を掲載します。
